Brandt Shaker Screens also known as shale shaker screens are constructed with three 304 or 316 stainless steel wire cloth layers, after compounded and bended with a steel backing plate combined together. The wire cloth and bottom steel backing plate combined tightly, They all have highly effective filteration and service life.

Brandt Shaker Screens from Hengying take advatage of unmatched shale shaker frame design and unique mesh combination, to separate harmful drilling solids from drilling fluids, widely applied in Oil drilling industry!
1. Different layers with different density. To arrange these layers reasonably and exactly, the screening effect will become more and better. Screen with different mesh counts with suitable opening sizes of the backing plate. Doing so, our products will obtain the largest effective area under the condition of enough strength.
2. The bottom layer with low mesh counts has coarse wire and can be tight bonded to the backing to make up one block. So the strength of whole screen mesh get up and the useful life is increased.
3. The mesh with high separation efficiency, divided into many independent small units by grids of the backing plate, can prevent rigs of tears from spreading overmuch. Accessory prepared rubber stoppers can be used to repair damages. By doing so, the operator can cut down the stop time and reduce the cost.
4. Made from premium 304 or 316 stainless steel, which is durable and anti-corrosion, thus reducing replacements and prolonging screen service life.
5. Safe and easy for operation: The mesh screens fit securely to shaker basket, they will not slip or slide during operation.
